Everence will replace Navigate with the new My Everence for Organizations. The new site will launch mid to late July and will improve our digital account experience for organizational clients with Everence Asset Management, Group Health, and Mennonite Retirement Trust (MRT) products and services.
New features of the site:
• A streamlined view of each Everence product or service.
• Online access to charitable giving and investment documents, as well as MRT adoption agreements and reporting, billing and invoice documents related to group health insurance.
• Simpler management of organizational donor advised funds.
When the new site is launched, all current Navigate users will log in to My Everence for Organizations using their existing username and password. They will need to set up multi-factor authentication the first time they log in. There will also be a brief period when Navigate and My Everence for Organizations will not be available while the transition to the new site happens.
Client communications
Clients with existing Navigate accounts will receive an email on June 28 notifying them of the upcoming change. They will also receive a reminder email a week before the launch date and an email on the day it launches.

Closer to the launch date, a site preview video will be available to walk you through My Everence for Organizations and cover some frequently asked questions.
