I’m from El Salvador and go to Bethel University.

IT User Support Intern at Goshen Headquarters
What is your day to day like in your internship?
I have projects where we are transferring from old computers to new computers, creating a recycling project instruction sheet for the old computers, and getting to help with different help desk tickets that have software or hardware issues at any location.
What have you enjoyed the most so far?
The people, nice people.

What do you like to do outside of the internship?
When it’s warm outside, going to the lake.
What’s your favorite thing to do in your area?
In El Salvador, I really like going to the beach and surfing.
Do you have advice for future interns at Everence?
Don’t get scared about the information you think you don’t know; you get to learn it fast.
